The mission of The Meditation Lab is to share mindfulness practices to help children and adults better manage stress, increase focus, and regulate emotions. Recognizing people's natural resistance to learning meditation, our model brings the practice right into the workplace, school campus, or athletic center. We believe it is essential to make the teachings relatable and easy to follow and leave students with practical strategies to integrate these new skills into their daily lives.
