This program is unique because it can be offered anywhere.  It doesn't matter what sport you play, or where you play it, any athlete can benefit from meditation. Whether it is at a convention center for competitive cheerleading, or an ice skating rink for travel hockey, the magic of this program is in its mobility. Before a big event, athletes who are introduced to meditation techniques are more likely to be centered and steady when faced with the anxiety that comes from high pressured games and performances. 

Sessions begin with an introduction, followed by simple stretches to warm the body and quiet the mind, a guided relaxation, a unique meditation with a specific sports focus, and finally a question/answer period. Stories are shared about professional athletes who rely heavily on meditation to give them the edge they need to perform at their highest level.
