The Meditation Lab has been adopted by dozens of public and private schools as a model for wellness and stress reduction for children and teenagers.  Now part of the physical education curriculum of many schools throughout New York City, Westchester County and the Bronx, the program has impacted over 8,000 students, teachers, coaches and administrators.
