Come spend an hour in The Meditation Lab either in a private lesson or with a group of friends in a semi-private class. With more personalized instruction and specific takeaways based on one’s interests, activities, and overall daily lifestyle, students can to bring the practice to their home or any location of their choice.  Given the oftentimes overwhelming demands of everyday life, this program can be privately scheduled to fit into one’s busy day.


The format of the class is consistent with a school-based lab. It begins with a series of stretches to release tension from the body.  The focus then shifts to breath work, a guided relaxation and ultimately a simple three-step meditation. At the end of the session, students learn strategies for integrating the practice into their daily lives.  Simple, practical two minute mindfulness moments are shared.
